Yello Media Invests in Local Creator Industry

Motivated by a simple, but critical line of thought – “We know Jamaica”, Yello Media Group (Jamaica) has started its first round of collaboration with local creators.


This initiative is a partnership with photographers, designers and videographers to produce content spanning business, travel and community impact.

The Creators Hub plays an integral role in Yello fulfilling its mission to generate value by creating the right connections. It creates a space for creators of varying niches, specialisations and expertise.

Joel Nomdarkham, Head of Marketing at Yello Media, explained that “through the collaboration of local talent and expertise, we aim to shine a spotlight on businesses, community leaders and Jamaican experiences.” He further added, “I think the Creators Hub is an incredible way to establish a symbiotic relationship between Yello and local creatives.”

The Yello Creators have already started to produce content for Yello’s digital platforms and are currently producing content around 4 different series. These series feature an array of content creators from technical expertise in production to travel & food bloggers.
